Networking most effective way to find a job

A study by legal staffing firm Robert Half Legal shows networking is the most effective way to find a legal job. Nearly half of the 300 attorneys surveyed report networking is the most effective way to find a position in the legal field. These attorneys, with at least three years experience after law school, represent some of the largest law firms and corporations in the United States and Canada.
